Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to Macian.
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they meet the following conditions:
- Unused
- Unassembled
- Original packaging retained
- Original accessories included
- Proof of purchase available
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Customized furniture
- Made-to-order products
- Clearance items
- Final sale products
- Items damaged after delivery
Customers should contact customer support before returning any product.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed after inspection of the returned item.
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
- Processing generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect products delivered
- Products damaged during transit
